Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be in its original unused state and in its unripped safety foil.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and will not be covered. A tracking number should be provided to us.
We keep the rights to a return examination period of up to one week after receiving the products in our warehouse.

The complete process is automated and once your return is approved, you will receive the funds back into your account without having to do anything yourself.
